Glass Ionomer Restoration Free
Amalgam Restoration £80.00
Composite Restoration £80.00
Other restorations by arrangement
Initial consultation fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

All treatment carried out will be restored with a temporary glass ionomer filling unless otherwise requested by the referring dentist on the referral form. 		British Dental Association
